Disappointed with the staff and care. They took no interest in seeing or treating me as a patient. I was told I was “fine” however I’m now on day 3 of feeling terrible with coughing and shortness of breath and this is after taking OTC meds as suggested.

My daughter brought my grandson here because he had a fever, coughing and just feeling miserable. He was seen by a nurse practitioner Saeeda Sultanathat tested him for Covid, the flu and RSV and told my daughter that he was negative for all the above. She then got a sample to send to the lab and told my daughter that she would have the results by Sunday no later than Monday. He saw her on Saturday December 28th. We called on Sunday and results were not in yet. We returned on Monday December 31st at 6:50pm with Uzochukwu Odili were told by her that he had an upper respiratory infection. On Friday January 3rd we called to see if they ever got the results and were informed that the labs came back on the 31st and that they forgot to call us. My grandson suffered for a week not to mention he was highly contagious around the holidays. We have other young grand children that could have contracted RSV if they had been around and we would have no clue he was contagious. On Monday They called to give my daughter the results that she called in for the previous Friday. I would not use this place again. Paid for a doctor visit and labs that they didn't use to treat my grandson because they are carless and cannot finish a job. The nurse practitioner seemed really confused not knowing what she needed to do next and kept scolding my daughter about my grandson not having a bottle of water with him instead of examining him. She was very unprofessional. The doctor that saw him the 2nd visit didn't bother to look at his results and just made up a diagnosis. Use this business at your own risk. My grandson could have died from RSV and my new born grand daughter had she came over believing we only had an upper respiratory infection to worry about. The least they could do is give us a refund since they could not complete there job.

I went to Next level urgent care down the road because I’ve been there multiple times this year and noticed they were lacking knowledge and bedside manners recently. When I went to get my sinus infection treated, they disregarding all my symptoms and gave me cough syrup. My friend came here for the same issue a week ago, and it was night and day between the places. The staff was very friendly, they listened to my symptoms/concerns, and they actually looked at throat and sinuses. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
